How to Request Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and your right to have your data removed from our systems. You can delete your account and all associated data (including child profiles, tasks, and points) at any time.

Method 1: From the Application (Recommended)

1. Log in to the Simple Chores mobile or web application.
2. Navigate to the Settings page from the main menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your decision. This action is irreversible and all data will be immediately purged.

Method 2: Contacting Support

If you no longer have access to the application, you can email us at simplechoresau@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and provide any relevant information to help us locate your account.
